Internal Legal Affairs (50%)
Take overall responsibility for the Company’s legal matters and legal documentation.
Provide legal advice and consultation to the BOD and internal departments.
Ensure and monitor legal compliance by proactively updating, reviewing, and overseeing all Company activities to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Review and control the legal validity of documents, contracts, and procedures; Ensure that all contents comply with current legal regulations and minimize legal risks for the Company; Verify the legality of professional and administrative dossiers prior to submission for approval.
Manage and prevent legal risks arising from medical examination and treatment activities, contracts, human resources, advertising, personal data, etc.; Propose corrective and risk-mitigation solutions; And participate in handling legal issues and incidents.
Update new legal regulations related to the Company’s operations; Disseminate and guide the implementation of new regulations into operational procedures.
External Legal Affairs (40%)
Carry out and take responsibility for managing legal procedures and licensing dossiers, including business registration, investment certificates, branch registration; clinic operation licenses and technical scope approvals; radiation licenses; and pharmacy licenses (GPP and certificates of eligibility for pharmaceutical business).
Handle dossiers for professional practice licenses for foreign medical staff.
Register professional practice with the Department of Health and update doctors’ information on the Social Insurance portal.
Prepare documentation and work with inspection, appraisal, and competent authorities related to the operations of the clinic and pharmacy.
Act as the legal representative in dealing with state authorities; handle complaints and disputes involving customers, partners, or related parties; and provide legal support to departments in special or arising cases.
Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities relevant to the Company’s operations.
Other tasks (10%)
Manage and supervise team members.
Draft and issue company-wide decisions, notices, and general legal–administrative documents of the Company and the Legal Department.
Be well-versed in procedures for foreign employees, including Work Permits, Visas, and Temporary Residence Cards (TRC).
Prepare payment documents related to expenses of the Legal Department.
Prepare and submit reports to government authorities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager and the BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in law.
At least 5–6 years of experience in an equivalent role; experience in the healthcare/medical sector is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of corporation, labor, and commercial laws and related regulations.
Proven skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents, developing procedures, and analyzing and assessing legal risks.
Management mindset; proactive, flexible, and able to work under high pressure.
Good command of English for professional use.
